DIY with twitter background designs

A custom twitter background can make a real impression and enhance your brand and profile. To make sure your twitter page stands out from the rest, you can create and upload your own custom background image.

A simple graphic editing program such a Photoshop can be used but if you don’t have those specialised skills there are other options to standing out from the crowd. • File dimensions – as a guide 1024 x 768 pixels is a good start for a background. But anything up to 2048 x 1707 pixels will present well on larger screen.
• Remember, images must be smaller than 800k and be in JPEG or PNG format.

• Once you have uploaded your background, be sure to check it presents well. If your image has a lot of text or business information, be sure that the text can be ready well by users.
